King Lil G on Mexico's Dangerous Reputation, The Media Making it Worse

King Lil G shared his thoughts on the U.S. prison system during an exclusive interview with VladTV, and he explained why he thinks that this country is profiting off of inmates and not rehabilitating them. When speaking to DJ Vlad about German prisons making a point to rehab their inmates, King Lil G agreed that the U.S. needs to take note.
Speaking further on the issue, King Lil G said that he doesn't think that it's right that people like Michael Jordan and George Bush are allowed to invest in privately owned prisons. Also, regarding private prisons, I agree that it could be a bad thing, ut it'ls a much smaller industry than people make it out to be. I think 5% of actice prisons are privately own was the last number I read, but don't quote me on that. Personally I think it a perfect system, a private prison incentivised by the government to focus on rehabilitation would work better than anything run by the government. Obviously, that's not a possibility right now.

I lived in mexico with some family that live down there (Guadalajara) for like 6 months when I was 16 and I saw no violence or anything.. Once the cops did fuck with me though they searched me and found rolling papers on me and all questioning me what they were for.. Luckily i had no weed on me lol,...Although that was 15 years ago maybe its crazier now.. I still have family that live down there though and they never tell me about anything crazy going on... It probably depends where you live tho.

im gon speak from experience here. i did 6 and a half years in Texas prison and i agree that its more of a business than rehab judging by how much time they hand out for petty crimes and how low they treat u. there where times when the correctional officers would abuse there power and talk so much shit that i couldnt wait to get free so that i could find out where they live and kill em. Thats not really what i would call rehab but instead its training to make u worse than before to keep the business booming. now that im in Germany and see how luxery the prison is here i also find it ridicolous. do a murder and get 15 years in a hotel room and make money at the same time. i think all over the world they should base punishment based on the crime. cold blooded murderers and rapist actually deserve harsh punishments and what not. but drug dealers or petty theifs should be reabilitated and given the chance to better themselfes.

No i didnt go to prison here in germany. I have customers here who just got out or are still in prison but get to go home on weekends that tell me how it is here. From time to time somebody also dies in german prisons, e.g. there was an african who was handcuffed to his bed and he set himself on fire and the officers allegedly failed to look after him. There was also somebody who starved himself to death. But if you only have to spend the night in prison, I think it's quite cool. But you won't have it as nice as e.g. Breivik in Norway
