@williamclark77 Ok. I am looking at the T1000 with the 30.5cc but without all the extra aluminum parts. It's $699 on ebay. I'm torn between buying another HPI or going with a clone this time. I've owned both in the past and never kept either one long enough to break anything.

Is this the newest T1000 with the 30.5cc engine?

Awesome! They were hit and miss. I had five or so of their different models. One great, then the next nothing but problems out of the box. I only have one now and haven't fired it up in several years.

@Losiracer4life I wouldn't buy one based on the engine in it. This one only has a little over a gallon on it andf most of the cylinder plating is gone. I've already ordered a zenoah for it. A cy gp290 running the exact same fuel has about 8 gallons on it and still great. I've had hpi, rovan, and two KMs. Even needing to replace the engine already this one has been the highest quality out of the box. The steering servo died on the first tank also.

The engine and servos didn't last but a few gallons. I really didn't expect them to though. Other than that, this has been the most durable rc I have ever had. I broke one front A arm and bent two of the aluminum rims. See my newer videos of just how hard I bash her. Currently, it is in B clothes. I no longer run it as a T because the bodies are so expensive and I break them quickly.

@Losiracer4life Yes sir. I haven't recorded anything with the bug body on it yet.
