For starters buy indian bread discus best size 2 inch approximately. Don't waste money on imported IP or Indonesian, Malaysian etc. Keep water clean and good filtration and partial water changes every couple of days. Beginners keep only discus fish separately don’t mix with geophagus, tetras,corydoras until the discus are well settled. Keep few floating plants and dim lights and never feed live worms. Age water always.
