I don’t think he look down on ‘’people’’, but he sure do despise other races. He believe what he is doing is his duty has a king. In 7DS, the human race suffered a lot during the holy war. They were treated like nothing, or food at most. Arthur truly cares about his people, he even recreated Camelot in an artificial world to protect them. I think Athur started to despise other races and seeing them like evil beasts, and getting rid of them means to his eyes that humanity will be safe and happy (Sorry for my English)

I don't understand why Arthur chose to be the bad guy. He was supposed to be a better king. It's sad that they made the finale before their war was over. I wonder when the sequel will be released.
