A life of violence has left its scars across my body i hate it when people notice and ask what they are. I've been lucky very very lucky but there are only so many traumatic brain injuries the head can take before you are unrecognisable as the person you were before. Cuts, bruises and broken bones heal. The damage to the mind doesn't I'm 41 and have debilitating cptsd, i lead a lonely life and have behaviours i can't shake always in survival mode, i can no longer share a bed with a partner through fear of what i might do in my sleep. Its not the beating a man can give that makes him hard its the ones he can take. Being conditioned to violence is no badge of honour and any young men thinking they are something special should think twice. Because in the end you will lose everyone and everything

The man ran off but later down the line in court he had broken the mans eye socket to the extent his eye was hanging out . He said as he fled in panic he could see the floor with one eye and straight ahead with the other! The picture given in evidence were quite grusome indeed.
