Great video and oh that food was awesome thanks for sending me some. Lol 😂. I’ve always heard that men who work offshore or at a fire department have awesome skills for cooking and I have several cousins and friends that either work offshore or at the fire department plus I have worked offshore and as a EMT and I know that all my cousins are great cooks and I’m not to bad for when I do cook, about 10 years ago I was cooking all the time anything from crawfish 🦞 and all the goodies that went with it, smoking 2 whole briskets in my 500 gallon pit at the same time I would be cooking leg quarters, sausage, beans, hamburgers and hotdogs all over pecan firewood.

Brother I sure could go for a crawfish 🦞 boil and don’t get me started on a nicely cooked brisket!!! So dang good

@@DukesofoffroadHazzard brother I got tired of my neighbors coming over every time I cooked uninvited and always wanting to carry some home so they’d have some for lunch the next day. And crawfish 🦞 I’d boil them and then I’d boil a chopped up roast that was in about 1 in. cubes along with sausage and beef ribs and I’d add extra spices to the meat. But before I boiled the crawfish I would cook the bagged rice, onions, corn 🌽 and the lemons and oranges 🍊 ( yes oranges) after I cooked this I’d start adding more spices because this stuff doesn’t take much to get hot 🥵 potatoes are the hardest to get spicy so I poke them full of holes with a ice pick or 2 prong meat fork same with the sausage

@@DukesofoffroadHazzard whenever my buddy and I go to a concert we play a game called Tag. When you identify the knucklehead of the night, you call "tag he's it"! Because at some point he's either going to get an ass whoopin or arrested. It's a really good night if he gets both in the same night! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
