Armwrestling ist eben etwas anderes. Devon hatte es ja mal erklärt das es sehr speziell ist und viel mit Technik und Winkel zu tun hat. Die trainieren über Jahre Muskeln die ein Powerlifter nie trainiert, allein der Pronator von Devon bei seinen im Verhältnis zur Konkurrenz "dünnen" Armen. Aber seine Arme und Hände sind dafür sehr lang, diese Hebelkräfte müssen echt unmenschlich sein.

@@Maik0341 Aber es muss dann auch noch eine Art Zusammenspiel zwischen Arm und Körper sein? Klar ein Leonidas kann mit 60 kg Kurzhanteln curlen. Doch so eine 60 kg Hantel eine längere Zeit zu halten ist wieder was anderes und einen 118 kg Devon ist nicht mit Kraft zu besiegen. Klar es sind nicht die vollen 118 kg, aber ich denke diese Profis setzen ihren Körper gekonnt ein inkl der ganzen Handfertigkeiten. Man ich bin ja so ein Leihe was Armwrestling betrifft? ;)

Its crazy that Leonidas is probably far superior to Devon in all the the lifts that matter for armwrestling, and still he hadnt any chance to do anything. It shows there is much more to this sport then just lifting weights. John Brzenk is also a good exemple in that sense..
