We should have mentioned, that the spindles used in the video already have bushings installed. On the table we wanted to show that the king pin kit comes complete with bushings to replace in stock spindles. Thank you for catching this.

what about the lock in pin dosent fit and its far to tight

Bought a kit like this and nothing fit. Had to send out the spindles and have the bushing reamed to fit the king pin, and the lock pin would pull clean through the hole.

Watchinchemtrailz from Jason Slover: “This is common, as a king pin bushing is undersized and always needs to be reamed. The spindles in the video have already been reamed. We pre-fit our spindles when someone buys a front end or spindle kit from us. When replacing stock spindles with new kingpins, the bronze bushing are pressed in and then reamed to fit the spindles. The lock pins are a standard size to fit the stock Ford hole. With pin in place they should stick out of the axle just slightly.” Thanks
