Well done,nice to see some of the old buildings there too. After your previous post,i ran by our end of the Thames this week-its a tiny stream only ankle deep and full of reeds 🙂

I'm so pleased to hear that you liked the video! My family and I love visiting North Norfolk, and we have had the pleasure of exploring King's Lynn a few times. It's a wonderful historic town with a beautiful park to enjoy.

Happy memories of Kings Lynn parkrrun. Yes very historic town and a fast course. Me low 17s from memory and Dawn mid-20s. Around 50 runners back then I think. Far more there now looking at the video.

Yes I have last time was back in January at 19:28 I hope to run low 20s and subs soon 🤞
