The world needs to get into more game playing (period) As it is currently full of too many smart phone zombies with their head in it , ignoring everything and everybody around them. Games even as simple as this one just may cause them to stop for a time, and actually play it !!

Thanks your comment. I've never looked at it before. I checked it on game geek site. Piece moving system is almost same. Difference is diagonal moving. I am always to try to design games simple as soon as possible. I think for 5 by 5 small grid board, diagonal moving is necessary. It makes King's Valley game deep and interesting.

Anyway all games are made as article products by hand made with ceramic tiles. So now you can buy physical version on my web site only. The basic moves are almost identical to a marble game we play with the exception of the center kings square. Very interesting and quite brilliant !! I took a peek at your other games too. Quite fascinating indeed. Later , I will go back and see if I could play any of them. You are quite talented.

Can a soldier piece land in the Kings Valley to block for example? Or can only a king land there?

@ChaseNotSoYoung Only King pieces can go in center square King’s Valley. Other pieces can’t go in and occupy there. Of course they go through King’s Valley square and stop on the other side square.

That's is kind of 3D puzzle game. I will try Kickstarter board game campaign as e-SOLO-e (絵揃) which changed to Japanesque design.

Could you please tell me, if I block an opponent's king in the process of the game, and that king hasn't any moves, do I win?

Yes you win! But this situation doesn't happen so often. King must have moving way at his turn.

Yes. Any pieces can move horizontally, vertically and diagonally. All piece moves are same.

Its like "Neutron" game. The same 5x5 board, and the same way to move the pieces. But here you dont have the neutron piece, and your objetive is go to the center instead of touch the enemy territory with the neutron. Nice and simple game ^^. I have one board of Neutron, so now I can play two diferent games in the same board :DD!!

Thanks for your comment. I don't know "Neutron" game and checked on net. The game looks like interesting to play. It is just like billiard play. If you are skilful player, I recommend to use "Retrieve the King" starting position. That is both Kings are on the opponent area at first. That is all and rule is same. But strategy will be 10 times difficult. Please enjoy it.

No. First player can't move his king at his first turn in the rule.

@@XeloX58 But there is perfect strategy to win the game within 9 turns for first player. Computer could solve this about 10 years ago. He couldn't solve retrieve the King position within 17 turns. He gave up there .
