Actually you're completely correct. Remember child emperor made a device that could read power levels? An average human getting around 30 and a dog getting around 5-ish. King didn't even blip on the radar so he's physically weaker than a average dog. It's just his abnormally loud heart beat that makes him unique really.

His luck is so powerful it utilizes all probability, coincidence, and circumstances to King's benefit. If he is about to be killed, King's Luck will summon Saitama if necessary. If King were to actually die, his Luck would rewrite reality and time itself to ensure that King didn't even die in the first place.

That's the best part about King. He literally killed two monsters early in this arc without knowing they were even there. He scared them into killing themselves. Here he's going against the strongest monsters in the Association and they are flinching. Not because King is doing anything. He's just standing there. Menacingly. there is sort of a theory surrounding king that while it appears he is powerless, he actually has inhuman amounts of luck as a super power. he is unbeatable due to his luck always halting an unfavorable outcome, as some sort of plot armor. though you could also say that king is the epitome of a parody on plot armor, and that he always wins because ONE goes out of his way to create scenarios where plot armor is the only way king could survive

If you're watching this thinking "How lucky can King be?" The heroes manage to regroup and fight back. Child Emperor is having them line up all the monster in a line so that King can one shot them with some attack that Child Emperor just decided King has. And when he gives in and desperately tries to do something, Garou shows up and takes them all out with one attack. No one else even notices and thinks King did it.

King is every bit as strong as others believe him to be. He is OBVIOUSLY a reality warper who subconsciously manipulates probability. It explains his whole character and even his skill in video games. Enemies die or lose when facing him in whatever is the most probable way they could lose. Whether it's someone else showing up, the enemy giving up, or literally dying of fear, whatever has to happen for King to win will happen.

I'm just imagining King in a fighting videogame, where all his fights are other characters coming in to deal blows or him ungracefully flailing and barely dodging attacks. His ultimate is summoning Saitama but for regular light and fast attacks King should project a clone of himself and throw a bunch of awkward and sissy punches and kicks because it's him imagining himself to put up a fight so when it gets hit it just collapses while king stands further back just watching and holding his gut while shaking. The problem would be getting him further back and the clone in place fast enough for the fast light attacks to work... I'm picturing something like subzeros backflip out of an ice clone but instead King falls to his butt and scoots back quickly before popping up. Maybe even give it a timer or the one hit take down condition, but you could have it mirror your controls so you can temporarily control it or both your characters to fight with it. Even if they land attacks they do like one damage, and would be funny if it damaged you by one as well, as an alternative to if you wanted to rid the time limit, but for all his combos and damaging attacks you can have people like genos, bang, tatsumaki, fibuki, zombieman, metal bat, even garou, literally any of the characters, to switch in or just pop in and out for a random attack. Either way King would be amazingly op, obviously, and would fit his character... I think it would be hilarious and super fun, and you if that was too hard to accomplish, just have King step into the fore or background and be unhittable for a time while you're controlling his imaginary clone / one of the other characters. I think I've already seen a few fighting games featuring Saitama, but has King ever been in any of them?
