Aaron Close it’s a thing born years ago on Futhead, basically it works like this: count how many links each position in the team has going through, then link them counting like this: Orange link = 0, Red link = -1. Green link=+1, Perfect link=+2. Each position’s link count must add up to 0 The basic concept is that you’re linking every player using the lowest amount/“strength” of links possible (eg you’re linking a Gk with 2 orange links, not 2 green ones)
