The bartenders usually get a percentage off each bottle (that is usually 100x the actual cost), a portion of the sections, and they get tipped out from bottle girls. People used to FLY to get served by Bernice. Even Ak agrees 😭 And the Miami startenders are VERY different compared to the Bernice’s … they literally have at least 3 storefronts. Granted, they’re all poorly ran (with the worst possible customer service ever) but you see where the money goes. They have their kids in private school and also take care of their families. They live in really nice neighborhoods here. They have nice cars, too.
