Baby was never a versatile artist, which explains why I always struggled to find a project from him that I liked from START TO FINISH. Yes there’s a couple songs here and there off each project, but this ain’t no shit I can just sit back, play in the whip, and enjoy a nice long drive to lol. And it took people SO LONG to realize it. When the pandemic hit, this album benefited from the COVID LOCKDOWN more than any other album that came out in 2020. Not because of the quality, but the TIMING! It came out just a few weeks before majority of the kids in this country were stuck at home, SO OF COURSE their gonna wanna stream and listen to whatever album is newest at the time. So week by week the album spread like wildfire, becoming more a frenzy, than a an actual solid project that people genuinely enjoy. IF EVERYBODY says something is good, and NO ONE is giving any feedback that is the opposite of that, then BEST BELIEVE it’s not that good. Common sense lol
