He was very underrated as an artist. I'm just now hearing his voice only because I just saw the movie "Prison Song" and towards the end I heard the song titled " I have a song" and I told my husband who is that singing and I had to look him up and this is where I noticed who he was. This brings tears to my eyes everytime I watch it. Its so beautiful to see this father & his son, @Eric Roberson, singing along side of one another about how GOD truly intended for love to be. Its obvious that the father by example & expression imparted so much love & knowledge into his son. Their love for one another jumps off of the screen and seems almost tangible. Eric is able to be loved, to love someone else, express that love, be affectionate, & allow tears to flow from his eyes because an example has been set by his father of what a man really is and should aspire to become. What GOD said a man is & the version portrayed by most men are polar opposites. Not necessarily on purpose, but because they where not shown how to truly love themselves. They have yet learned to know their full potential if they allow GOD to lead them.
