it hasn't been that long since my last vid, but my sister was kind enough to give me her footage, so i figured...why not make an fmv of this short lil drama!!
maybe it's bc i've always been a sucker for twd and other post-apocalyptic shows and movies, but i really really enjoyed this drama. so much so that i's become one of my faves. shoudld've probably expected it from the maker from 'signal', but somehow i was still pleasantly surprised. it's been a long while since i've binged something in one sitting.
but anyway, for now i'm waiting for the second season and i can't wait for what they give us next, bc i truly believe that the only way is up , mainly the character development, especially young shim's and beom pal's!! i didn't really focus on the latter in this vid, but i truly believe that he can become such a great character if they continue on the way they're going!!

3:14 I'm glad here that Lord Ahn was able to protect the son of his king even if the king couldn't do it himself. Lord Ahn was like a Foster father to the Prince in some way.

Yes, on season 2 I don't blame him for doing what he did. He had his reason. However, I still think that things would have gone differently if he had just talked to the prince about his worries, etc

1:02 This part may not seem very deep but it means a lot to me. Not only does it show the love that the state chancellor has for his son but to go as far as to want to kill royalty. That's a lot of devotion and though it moves me, it makes me feel sad because Chang's father who is supposed to be the all mighty king of this country couldn't protect himself let alone his only son. Chang 's father should be there to protect his own son from this man but by now is already dead.. His death possibly because he was weak from the get go.. I know Chang put his bodyguards son on the throne but I feel that it's only right that Chang succeeds his father. The King of Joseon
