Totally agree !!! The violin makes it pretty "epic" and powerfull, the few seconds we can hear it makes the whole song worth listening. I really hope they emphasize on that violin in their arrangement.

Fun fact: There actually _is_ a movie for Kingdom Hearts, called Kingdom Hearts Back Cover. The only thing is that it's about the Foretellers from the mobile game, Kingdom Hearts Union X, which is set before the great keyblade war. Despite not being about any of the series' main characters, really, it's still really good.

Detective Pikachu broke the curse: the secret is to helm the production with people who really, really give a damn about what they're adapting. Who-da thunk it, eh? Personally, my concern about a live-action adaptation would be the hair. But what I think would kick even more ass is if it pulled a Spider-Verse and blended styles with a heavy emphasis on emulating traditional Disney animation + the KH manga style. Disney characters are as close to their original renderings as possible, with the Kingdom Hearts-original characters subtly (or not so subtly) changing style to suit each world they land in. If it were up to me, I'd go for no Pixar/cutscene-typical 3D animation at all until you get to the Kingdom of Corona (which I *think* was the first 3D animated movie in KH, not counting cameos from Chicken Little?). I mean, we already have the game cutscenes, why do you need to replicate those when you could do something unique and creative with your visual style? And think of KH's illustrative style, like the box art and other key art. Imagine *that* getting the Spider-Verse treatment and how much ass that'd kick.

The Organization is evil, sure, but there's something so melancholy in their plight to not only remember who they were, but to have hearts. They are willing to kill so many, just so they can live again. Their theme is very fitting imo since it has that same sense of eerie sadness.

Kind of crazy, I've been going through Project Destati music on 1.25x speed and I got to a point where I almost forgot I was cuz so much of it sounds like the original music until the 'mixed' parts come in or some actually unique part, which happened to be quite a while before the middle of this song. That's kind of incredible how much you can sneak by people by slowing music down and barely changing it!

According to some people, Riku's theme. Although a little afterward I hear a bit of Vector to the Heavens, Xion's battle theme. This is a smart song so it includes elements of a hell of a lot of other pieces, like Roxas which you can also hear.
