People forgot that Kairi used a keyblade in Kingdom Hearts 2, the reason she could use the keyblade was due to Aqua, a very young Kairi touched Aqua's keyblade in Radiant Garden. "In your hand, take this Key. So long as you have the makings, then through this simple act of taking, its wielder you shall one day be. And you will find me, friend-no ocean will contain you then. No more borders around, or below, or above, so long as you champion the ones you love." Aqua is also the reason that Kairi's heart migrated to Sora in Kingdom Hearts 1. She even explains the spell she cast on Kairi in Birth by Sleep.

If you hadn't destroyed the boss's clock before it wound all the way back, you would've started the boss fight over again, but your damage would've been sustained. I am NOT kidding.

So.....You've finally reached the endgame of the Xehanort Saga... Now, I'm sure you're ready to plunge into 0.2 Birth by Sleep, but before you do, I HIGHLY advise you watch the cutscenes of Kingdom Hearts Union X, the mobile game. Reason being, it'll not only cover events that happened in the original X web browser game from 2013 and connect with Back Cover that's a part of II.8 as you've seen that in the collection's menu, but it's also going to greatly impact events AFTER Kingdom Hearts III. My advise is, IF you can, wait a few weeks, as Union X's story is about to conclude, then you can proceed along with Back Cover; as it's a movie format like Days and Re:coded was, though only an hour, as it's a Side B of what happens behind the scenes DURING the original X game; then proceed along with 0.2 and KHIII. I'd be glad to help in any I can if you would like it. Just want to make sure you aren't lost at all when some things come up.
