He is a fun boss but for a Final Boss he is disappointing, his moveset is severly lacking 80-90% of the fight he is just Teleporting, slashing you, teleporting, slashing you again and again which makes the fight overall quite boring, it's only get interesting when he forces you in Rage Form where he gain new attacks, then his DM but these are only like 10% of the fight sadly.

Nesouk Kefka Isn't KH2 Final Xemnas like that too? He keeps throwing those blue balls,disappearing and attacking with laser where you can't do anything but guard and the jizz attack where you have to spam reversal. The only parts of the final Xemnas fight that were great(not saying it was a bad boss. It was like a standard boss for most of the time but the build up to it makes it 100x cooler. The Final Phase itself wouldn't have worked well if they hadn't added the previous phases ) was the Riku phase(even though the gamplay sucks but it makes it more challenging so I like it) ,the limit attacks and the final X and Triangle spam where you have to reflect Xemnas' attacks. I love Final Xemnas' fight too but I feel like it is too short and suffers from the same problem as Final Xehanort but (IMO) worse. He doesn't have too many attacks

@@Dev-nr4dw No Xemnas do more moves in his final phase than Xehanort : -Blue balls -Cloning himself. -Kick -Laser saber combos -Lightning -Throwing you into the air. -Laser barrage. -Trapping Sora making you play as Riku to save him (and speaking of which I would have prefer Riku and Kairi To be Sora teammates for the final battle). - And that final attack was more satisfying (you can basically finish Xemnas however you want just for the style). Final Xehanort isn't even close To that, heck even his armored form just before has a more diversify moveset than him.

1 What kicks? The only time I remember him using it is in that cutscene where Riku pass you back the keyblade. 2 What laser-saber combo? You mean when he clones himself and attack with both? 3 I get why you would like to have Riku and Kairi as allies for the final fight, but I really like to have Donald and Goofy instead. They have always been with us since KH1 and it makes sense to have them for the final boss of this long saga. 4 Again, it's subjective regarding the last attack. Both are very cool. The best way to make Xehanort better would be that you have to press triangle to counter his ray.

Honestly this fight is tied for me with KH2 Xemnas as a final Boss, yeah Xemnas was more spectacle, but this was definitley a fun and challenging fight on Critical. Easily my favorite fight in the game, at least before ReMind DLC.

Trevor Williams xemnas I feel was just as challenging on critical, albeit the reversal not working but I feel the fights are pretty tied for me, maybe xehanort slightly because all his fights were against him and xemnas had a few weird fights before his true form. Xehanort would easily be better though if Scala was a full world and it built up to him

Xehanort has a near omnipotent weapon. He only uses it to teleport attack and fire not-mega destruction dark balls of darkness and destruction, barring the DM. Seems legit.

That part where Xehanort steals Sora’s light, I cannot help but laugh at how it backfired so badly on him. Like, he takes his light maybe expecting him to be weaker but it turns out to be almost as powerful as Ultimate form. Although, I’m under the belief that Xehanort wanted to face all of Sora. Sora always have Light, Friendship and love on his side, but by killing Kairi, he also adds sadness and anger into the mix. Xehanort chalenges his prowess against multiple opponents, against one enemy, on the ground, under water and up in the sky. I believe that, when Xehanort stole his light, he did it not to weaken Sora but to see how good he was with the power of darkness. Xehanort is one of my favorite villains because he doesn’t underestimate the hero, he respects his power and actively encourage him to give his all in their greatest battle.

One question, of the options you gave up (and still assuming no damage so no Cure or Items), what did you miss the most? Firaga, summons? Or maybe put another way, what is most valuable to the core combat system of KH3 other than your combos, movement/defense and keyblade transformations?

Magic kinda sucks in crit, but cure converter helps a lot. Links are really good and break a lot of bosses (I might show that off in another video). Mirage staff shotlock is insane as well and would make some of these really easy. I used transformations for the Disney bosses so it wasn't part of my restrictions necessarily. Kingdom Key is just really good and practical for no damaging the humanoid bosses.

Someone else thinks Xehanort didnt comprehend the inmense power of the X-Blade in this fight and thats the only reason he lost? If you notice he only attacks with basic attacks with the most powerful blade in existence dealing little damage. He mostly didnt understand the power of the X-blade and the idiot gave up the Gazer Eye keyblade for the X-blade. Just my opinion, Sora won due to Xehanort's recklessness with the X-blade
