To be fair, they balanced this encounter for standard mode. This was just completely overlooked because all they did was change certain numbers to be bigger and others to be smaller.

@@YourOldFriend_Darkness oh freaking boy. In execution and mechanics, this section isn't that bad, but learning it... I could only take ONE hit lol. And I took that one hit for quite a while. Might be dumb to say, but at lower lvls and higher difficulty, this kind of becomes like dark souls where you MUST understand what the enemies attacks are or you're screwed.

Stephan Guinn if your doing this with the EZ codes, then turn off the survival code down near the bottom of the premium menu. It triples strength of yourself AND enemies. I did this and it solved my problem of being one shot. Hope this helps

The minigames you have to do as part of the main quest is the worst thing in kingdom hearts. This almost sucked the soul out of me. Best advice i got was to keep the dragons to one side of you, and once one started beaming drift to the direction it is. Somehow managed to take no damage when doing it with this technique
