Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory - Dark Domination (Proud/All Excellent/Field)

Most fun song to me so far. Feels satisfying to learn and complete. Getting All Excellent is definitely harder than just Full Chaining, due to that part at 1:10. Rest of the song isn't too bad to hit them all though. Might try Performer Mode next for this, though I may only go for a Full Chain with that first. Also used this track to clear the 100k trophy requirement, in case you want to speed things up.

When you go to track selection , press triangle (ps4), there are 3 modes , standard , one button and performer , one button mode is basically a cheese mode lol, but some songs are still hard even on one button mode , like this one for example

For me only after the 1:22 mark is when I can actually play this stage and have fun, because those 3 phases before are insane and I can't master them in any shape or form. I lost count on how many times I restarted the song just to see if I can do the 1st wave of Shadows. I know the rhythm, but I can't transfer it to my command when pressing the buttons. I have both the Beginner and Standard versions of this song with All Excelents, but the Proud version, that one bested me. I belive that doing this song with All Excelents of Proud Mode is probably the hardest challenge in all the KH saga until now.

I loved kingdom hearts as a kid. The music inspired me to study music in college. I had classical training on the trumpet and piano. The rhythm of this game I feel like makes little sense with the music. Just me? Anyone else have thoughts about it?

And this game has 90% of its songs in odd meter so we’re essentially dancing in rhythm to an odd meter literally undancable song and it makes my me loathe this game (more than COM) cause I was expecting it to be more focused on playing how the music is played which most of use probably already know how to play some of these songs whether it be piano guitar etc not dancing with the kingdom hearts stars

I can just imagine the practice it must have taken to perfect this, meanwhile I'm struggling just to get to the end of a Stage in Proud difficulty. I like this game a lot but i feel it would greatly benefit from having an accessory for it, something like the guitar controller that Guitar Hero had. Playing with a standard Controller depending on the song/difficulty is just too difficult IMHO. All of this said very VERY well done. You have superb rhythm.

Its not made in UE4 and if it was and they used the KH3 assets they'd have to recreate the assets for all the previous games worlds and enemies and it would have taken far far longer for something that isn't necessary especially when its a celebration of the franchise thus far and likely the last time these assests will be used outside of maybe flashbacks.
