I watched my family go through it this week. And seeing them hurting only made me feel weak. See I was searching for the right words to speak but in the midst I was facing my own doubts to the feet. Yesterday I was in a car accident with my best friend. I was the driver. I am okay physically but she had to be flown to a hospital for surgery on her head. It seems like she is going to make it now. The guilt of being the driver has been weighing on me more heavily than ever. My uncle sent me this song and it was something I really needed to hear. Before this accident, I have struggled with my connection with God. After this settles down, I will never be able to thank God enough for the miracles he has performed. God saved me and my friend.

Irene Gonzalez that's why it's REALLY important to get into the Word of God (the Bible), because Jesus IS the Word in flesh, so when we read the Bible it's like having a conversation with Him. It helps to get a pen & paper when you read the Bible so you can write down anything you think of as you're reading. Plus, prayer is a conversation (not a monolog), so it's always a good thing to listen to what God is saying back to you. God speaks to me a lot when I read His Word though, & He's not a respector of persons, so what He does for one of His children He WILL do for EVERY single one of us! God's always talking to us, we just have to train ourselves to tune in and listen (just like a radio, you have to tune in to the station to pick up the radio waves that are already in the air - the Bible is God's station).
