Wes Ball said that he'll be released dvd and blu-ray include 2 different versions as theatrical and extended in august. I am so excited!!!

Really can't wait Josh for this . The original Planet of the apes film was first video l ever brought when l was 16 in 1983 . In those days it was very difficult to buy films on video. You could only rent films .

Some of my favorite DVD special features are on the Star Wars prequel DVDs. Just seeing George and ILM break down all the visual effects and challenges like CGI Yoda or the Mustafar duel is great. And I think it’s important for getting younger viewers interested in visual effects. Might be some budding filmmakers who get inspired by seeing how Wes and the VFX team crafted this work of art 🙂

Well, I'm gonna quote General Grievous "This will make a nice addition to my collection." 😆 I have no doubt we will be getting a sequel this film is just as strong of a film as Rise was. It'll be very interesting to see where they go with this, me personally I think we will see the nuclear war that's preluded to the OG series. I think ultimately this is what's gonna happen by the third film. Hope Wes Ball continues to be involved with this franchise I loved the Joseph Campbell heroes journey that he brought to the franchise.
