Poison Arrows for Rangers has a really good part. It means they never prioritize Skeletons. So they will always try to focus down the Necromancer rather than the Skeletons surrounding them, Letting their Vine attack clear the skeletons, while they focus down other enemies

poison arrows is actually an insane dps boost when u think abt it, if theres a group it will not really hit something twice so that means it deals 45 damage + 13-19 which is 58-64 damage per hit, with something attacking that fast thats absolutely broken, 15 damage per second by itself is good even if it targets one enemy it will deal 15 + 33-48 (it attacks every 0.4 seconds) which is 48-63 dps the fact it can also damage armored enemies without magic resistance ignoring it makes the rangers really versatile and able to deal w most enemies

My favorite is assassin dodge, it goes up to 80% and each time they dodge they deal dmg too, they are beasts, i calculated that 1 max dodge assassin is equal to hero eridan

i found out that wrath of the forest of the rangers in kingdom rush 1, also stop regeneration effects. I seen it on troll champions etc. where the healing is very noticeable, and yes when they got entangled in these roots, their healing was completely taken away.

The arcane tower abilities acutally combo with each other beautifully they can instakill then teleport enemies back than instakill again if you have many arcane towers this can become quite a permanent cycle I love massing those guys.

To add up to how broken the Wrath of the forest really is, the enemies trapped inside those thorns will not regenerate any health. So it's also pretty good at dealing with all trolls, swamp things and basically anything that regenerates it's own health (bosses excluded ofc)

Since the Hammerhold DLC is out, some tower upgrades will mostly up-ed a bit. 1. Crow: Still poop tier though, but no longer a meme tier. 2. Minefield: Poop tier. We want mine's triggering zone to be bigger, IH! 3. Static shock: Still poop tier. RNG is still there, why are there so many unimpactful buffs? 4. Biggarangs: Poop tier. it takes too long for animations to execute for the dmg to be worth even if it get buffed. 5. Abrasive heat: Good tier. Finally! A good buff, from a range of 400 to 530. 6. Bloated corpses: Tbh, idk! 7. More monks moved up to okay now, the price got cut in half, which is a huge deal.

What I love about swamp thing is that the 60% stun can be perma stun most of the times and when on combat with enemies, can perma stun even more since swamp thing does splash damage, probably one of my favorite abilities and towers

Honestly, for me, the arcane wizards insta kill is the best in the game, since polymorph makes enemies much faster and unblockable, and Musketeers is percentage based. Edit polymorph is bad for me because I am on mobile. Don’t like sniper shot because percentage…

To make this ability usable you need to spend 750 gold and even then just a 60% chance of instakill. But I agree Sorcerers one is better, in most situantions

bruh waste disposal, and the totem of silence and weakness deserve better, waste disposal is the best staller in frontiers, they don't die and they strongly slow enemies for a long time, and the totem of silence dispels all magic, including witch doctor's healing and the 2 shaman's res boost (very annoying and powerful supports ngl but with the totem they're useless), and totem of weakness makes enemies take more dmg, making it an incredible support for high dps towers. all 3 are incredibly op ngl.

Shratnel shot for the musketeer is fine sorat. It only targets one large or maybe up to three small mobs. It doesn't have a huge spread for the cost. Sure it can kill a pesky enemy but at the same time you have no idea which they were target with it.

Personally I think the Big Goblerang and the Berserker mode deserve poop tier Goblerangs stop firing their basic attack for the big windup of the big boomerang and it does a lot less damage than their basic attacks, its really just a DPS down overall. And the Berserker mode for the Harrassers actually STOPS their respawn timer til it wears off, so you get stuck with this crappy melee form and dont get their ranged attacks back for longer.

@@functionalfunction6401 I do not get wasp missiles on every stage but I do use falconer. In my opinion, it is better than the wasp missiles. The wasp missiles, for me at least, are only useful when you have 3 or more battle mechas whereas, a well placed falconer can give the bonus to four maybe even five towers giving them all a permanent 20% range increase.

axethrowers are really just a tower u get 1 of and u put it in the middle where it can reach a chokepoint because one a totem of weakness is in a chokepoint you can call another wave early. it makes all ur other towers completely shred everything and the damage on axethrowers is actually noticeable unlike on the musketeers the fact it almost has 100% uptime (9s duration 10 cooldown) is insane also the fact it gets rid of armor is underrated it allows crossbow forts and literally anything to completely destroy everything

the crows in vengence finally got a small update, to do 2 and then 4 damage per second instead of 1 and then 2 damage. This puts them at an okay thing to have for chip damage. Net, in the deep tower, is garbage. It stalls for five seconds.. that's it. it makes the enemy IMMUNE to all damage sources, even environmental sources, and removes all debuffs even poison. It's just 5 seconds of invincibility for an enemy.. what's the point?

Just wanted to say that whirlwind is actually great, only 350 gold to max out, 25% chance for each attack, much better than holy strike which need 520 gold and only have 10%. The death ray from arcane is better than sniper shot, as they guaranteed to instakill enemies, and they only need to be upgraded once to work. They also prevent enemies like fallen knight or lycan from enter theri second form. Polymorp is fun at first, then there come pathfinder. Poison arrow add extra dps for ranger, but make them spread their shot.

Wait why is death ray worse than polymorph and even sniper shot? Same cooldown and basicaly same efect, but with death ray you dont have to tap the sheep to kill it. Theres an argument for sniper shot range, but on the early-mid waves you always have the good spots to buils towers and this means range isnt much of an issue Paladins armor over healing is wrong, in all cases the healing is better than the armor buff, especialy vs enemies with true/magic damage, but the big thing it allows them to heal mid fights Also you really understimate arcane teleport, it looks expensive but stalls a lot for 500 gold, in case of a level with more weaker enemies its not that bad either

what i disagree: 1 the vines from ranger aren`t that op since even if it stuns, we got golem and paladins wich stall and have AOE attacks. 1 rank down 2 poison deals true damage but i don`t think +45 dmg is that much considering it is not instant, eh idk maybe ill say average 3 shield of valor should be lower since we got poison enemies, demons and archers. i don`t use stalling that often since i mostly try to kill enemies fast and not strategical. 4 the falcon should be just okay because that buff doesnt do much. i mean that dmg doesnt affect dwaarp and most towers dont need more range 5 the range boost from goblin zepeling (somehow i just cant memorize the name) suffers the same problem since range doesnt improve anything on splash radius. 6 sheep is poop for me, i mean it just halves the hp of the target and makes it unstalable plus smart targetting is useless as you can manage to instakill the right target as most towers have targetting on first meaning to get an instakill just let the strong targets in front 7 the silence from wild magus is quite usefull for origins since many enemies have magic abilities trough not many ppl including me actually silence them and instead chooses to deal with them 8 the arcane instakill should be higher since its quaranteed and as i mentioned you can tactically set the target if you know what youre doing 9 actually the dwaarp drill is the only quaranteed instakill in the game and doesnt require anything to survive and as most instakills you can set the target succesfully (remember it targets the first enemy) 10 shadow archer instakill. you get the point, dont underrate instakills, instakill is cool 11 tornado not bad, i mean unlike other knockbacks it has a wider range and also deal a little damage. very good for tanks 12 i dont agree with crow. wdym poop!? make it a separate tier wich says "crow" and make it 3 tiers below poop to be fair remember that most abilities are applied to first target. there are exceptions but now ya know that you can use the instakills better

Polymorph is a much better instakill than Disintegration. Not only does it ignore some smaller enemies like Husks as to not waste the skill but it is also much cheaper.
