I like the Hoodwinked sequel. The bad reviews was comparing it to plain Hoodwinked, and saying that the running gag is too much slapstick. I think it can be good to set the sequel a bit different from the one that came before it, and yeah, the running gag is long, but slapstick can be entertaining if done in different was, which they did. You decide if you want to watch it.

Wow there are so many variations that's crazy cool and love how much effort you put into all these videos. Also watching your belle video was definitely a trip down memory lane cause I watched that knock off movie and was like wait I don't remember anything that happened in that which was crazy. An amusing one is Red from a few of Tex Avery's MGM shorts. The primary one is Red Hot Riding Hood, where the Wolf wants her for more adult reasons. Definitely 100% agreed with Cerise Hood being no 1 cuz she’s cool n mysterious n I love watching Ever After High n sad that it got discontinued. There is one red riding hood u forgot to include n that’s “Little Red Riding Rabbit” in Looney Tunes. Also Hoodwinked Too isn’t really that bad, ofc the first one is always better but u should try watching the second one, it’s still funny❤

I remember having Jetlag's _Little Red Riding Hood_ on VHS. Of all the animated fairy tale films to have on VHS, I'm glad I never got any of the bad ones. Just Disney and Jetlag. Everything else I saw on TV. I shudder at the thought of being stuck with movies made with limited 60s and 70s animation or by the likes of Bevanfield.

Since we already know what happened with Cerise’s parents, here’s my headcanon as to what happened with Mr Badwolf and the 3 little pigs So he finds out that 3 pigs are moving in, and Mr Badwolf wants to greet them. He goes to the houses, asking to be let in, to which the pigs say the “not by the hair on my chinny chin chin” So Mr Badwolf was so angry that he overreacted and blew the first 2 houses down. Then when he can’t blow down the last house, he tried to go down the chimney to apologize, but they didn’t want to hear it. So Mr Badwolf only pretends to support villainy to fit in with others seeing him as Big and Bad for being a wolf

There's 2 versions of Red I think should be on here, Red from the Tex Avery cartoons, first appearing in Red Hot Ridinghood (she even gets a Cinderella episode that's my favorite in Swing Shift Cinderella). She basically Jessica Rabbit before Jessica Rabbit, she doesn't have many episodes but I enjoy each one. The other idk if you would put on a list since she's from a video game, but her name is BB Hood from DarkStalkers, a capcom fighting game, and she has an exceptionally cool backstory

I love these videos so much 💌 My favorite adaptation of Red Riding Hood (and most fairy tales in general) come from a game series dedicated to reimagining fairy tales in like a high-fantasy-mystery setting. The game series is called Dark Parables, and their fourth game is called "The Red Riding Hood Sisters". In the game, Red Riding Hood (named Isabella) serves as the founding father (or mother) for the Order of the Red Riding Hood Sisters, who help the main character (who's a Fairy Tale Detective) deal with the Mist Wolves overtaking the forest. It's such a cool adaptation, and they really expand and get creative with the original fairy tale elements. Really hoping you check the series out 🙏💓
