Not because of politics, but because creativity died in Hollywood long ago. 99% of new movies are either remakes, sequels/prequels, or based on old TV shows, comic books, or video games. No originality. I almost exclusively watch foreign films (Korean, Scandinavian, Spanish, sometimes French, German, Dutch, Belgian, Colombian, Italian)

I’m a sucker for the $5 dvds at WM and DG. It’s been hard to find one without a political activist as the lead role. I’ve started buying actual DVDs instead of wasting money on Netflix and other “streaming services.” I used quotes because they are really just propaganda outlets. I refuse to watch anything on Netflix. I’d rather have the DVDs and watch it when I want instead of wanting to watch it and it be removed from the available movies. The other day I bought a double disc Adam Sandler pack. Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore! 5 whole dollars and worth every bit of it!
