How do you guys dive so deep and still manage to have enough oxygen to hunt? How long can you hold your breath for?

Hey mate, I find the easiest way for a longer breath hold is to slow you breathing and heart rate down, this will come over time with the more time you spend in the water and learn to relax. At the moment my breath hold underwater is around the 2min mark, but I always dive with a buddy for safety just in case something happens.
