Mine one doesn't print right colors example on magenta it print cyan what might be a problem?

Podría ser un problema que no configuraste en que canal quieres que salga dicho color, en pocas palabras podrias intentar con el cambio de posición de los dampers o directamente configurar el programa con el Atools CcMmYyKk si es de 2 cabezales.
