2:20 the building has a secret on top of it (second floor id say) if you climb on the roof you can remove a plank and theres usually hella loot (dynamites, axes, etc)

the best bulding is the one with a big hollow space and a tiny room inside, I FOUND 3 WEAPONS, A V8 ENGIENE, AN UPGRADED RADIATOR, A SET OF UPGRADED HEADLIGHTS, A LOT OF GREEN VASES, TOXIC BARREL, AND ENOUGH FOOD TO FILL MY HUNGER BAR 5 TIMES.

It's fully rng, you can put the bus stop and tower at last or something maybe because the limit of things they can spawn but for other things (like 0:30), I find lots of things there so if I listened your advice and don't stop at that place, I would lose around 15l of gas, 2 engine, 6.9 l diesel, a glock etc.
