We prepare something similar wrapped in banana leaves, but is a mix of pumpkin, taro root and green bananas! We grinding all together, we put oil with annato what is a color, and salt in the mix. Separate we prepare like a meat stew , put a tablespoon of the mix in the banana leaves, spread it over the it, in the center put the meat and wrapped it! We tied them and boiled then with salt.
