I get why people might find Aftershock annoying but the dude clearly has heart and decent pen, he deserves a bigger opportunity to really show his talent. Jeff clearly underwrote and underperformed and while he has some tight lines, they're basically just Fresco throwaways with shitty delivery and no personality. Aftershock 3-0, give the man a real opponent next time.

Jeff was a little off in this battle, especially in the 3rd which had some questionable shit, but a lot of his bars were slept on too (that Simpsons scheme, etc.) Aftershock just doesn't have the personality to make me give a shit what he says; his writing isn't terrible, but he just can't sell the bars imo. His angle in the 3rd was ass too, "haha, you're battling someone way bigger than me after this, what a loser". Overall, very meh. Jeff 2-1

I'm a big fan of Jeff and was disappointed when I heard he was trash right after blackout happened. He wasn't great but he definitely wasn't trash. However, aftershock is a beast imo. He shit on madflex and shit on Jeff. He doesn't have a wow factor but he's a solid lyricist and a good performer. He should get a bigger name
