I’ve been here since 10 and it SUCKS! so many rides are closed down including the Eiffel Tower due to “high winds” smh. I love kings island but I have to admit, this is a terrible opening day

@mmalithefather1472 Yeah I haven't had much luck with riding anything today - I gave up on Orion since it's been going down anytime I get near it 😂 ...hopefully they get the issues straightened out soon!

I recently found your channel before my trip last week to san antonio for six flags and sea world. You’ve literally motivated me to head to Ohio sometime this summer and visit kings island and cedar point 😂

We went yesterday and today (passholder preview/opening day) Yesterday we rode Diamondback, Blue Racer (which was definitely the smoothest ride on it ever with the new tracking) Banshee, and a night ride on the Beast. Today we got there around 3:00 and rode Orion, Mystic Timbers, and Beast night ride. Beautiful sunny days with chilly nights. We also ate some potato works both days (my daughter's favorite) and Enrique's today. It was so good to be back at KI and all of the park's staff did an excellent job!

Weather was fantastic. They did a great job on the Blue Racer. It is butter smooth this year.

It's normally like that every opening weekend while the new hire ride ops figure out how to run the ride efficiently. On a normal day, that ride is usually at a 30 min wait.

The Blue side of The Racer has been retracked after the Turn Around, all the way back to the loading station. You're talking about over a 1,000ft of Gravity Group's Awesome Pre-Cut Wooden Track stacked Vertically 🎢🎢⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐‼️💙❤️

The new restaurant is the building they’re half way building, the big auditorium structure is being reshaped into a big playground for kids to run around in. I think camp snoopy will help the crowds in that area of the park feel a lot more spread out when it’s finished.

Love those icees! Do they still have a large selection of flavors? It’s been such a long time since I have been to KI. I used to love the blueberry ice cream too!

They only had 3 flavors, and they were out of 1 of the flavors. It's included on the premium drink plan, though. ICEEs all year is a good deal!

I’m here right now on the opening day 4/20/24 and I’m extremely disappointed!! Like almost every ride is closed down and it’s already 12pm smh. I only got to ride one ride (banshee) and even the fast lane line is long and slow smh. I really love kings island but lately they ALWAYS have issues with the rides! You would think on opening day they would have their stuff together.

You are so far one of the lucky few to have even made it on Banshee! I was planning to start there first, but they swapped Banshee for Invertigo for early rides (which has not even opened today) - so far I’ve only got Diamondback and Racer and got here when the park opened! 😬

Went yesterday...Got absolutely drenched riding back row of diamondback...My 1st time here...Banshee is the best outta the 4 inverts ive ridden(raptor,afterburn,alpengiest) Orion is alot smoother than fury 325..Didnt get to ride beast as it kept going down ..Mystic timbers was overrated imo,decent airtime riding in 2nd to last car,the pacing was phenomenal but it was rickety and threw you around..I do not like wooden coasters..Overall kings island is a great park..Great video,keep em coming
