No idea, but it looks like he's playing an open B chord, then adding that high B in for that second chord, at least for the opening. No idea about the rest

he uses standard tune for the guitar, but he mutes de 1st string to play the B! in the chorus he uses A, then B...or maybe he tuned the 1st string in D# he uses the same shape on each chord... thats the secret I guess

kingchulo 33 it's modeled after a telecaster but I don't think it's fender. It may be custom made
