you know lotteford it's always that way--when a band changes its sound and hits a wider audience you get the ones who only know the new stuff and then others who can't stand that they altered one iota of their stuff and cry sell out. The only thing that matters to me is are they still playing good music and in my estimation KOL is still kickin it hard so fuck what these other people are on.

I so totally agree with you jesuswas--i like all their albums and really I can't think of a single song of theirs I dislike and yes I also agree because of the times is the best, evry song just kills, and it contains my favorite True Love way. Yeah they could have made album after album like their first two--and oh that wouldn't a been a bad thing not at all--but i respect the fact that they wanted to broaden their sound and try new things and IMO they still kick fuckin ass!

sirrob, you dont get that bands need to evolve or else they get bored. i know lots of people hate green day but im gonna use their example. they put out record after record that used the same formula. they got so bored with it that they almost broke up. so they evolved their sound and made a completely new record. it was great KOL did not sell out.
