I know you haven't played this deck in a bit... but i watched u play it and now love it soooooo much! I've played a mill almost every time i get back into the game. I've also removed a doom, doomerang and evasion for another cheat death, envenom weapon and shadowcaster.... This allows me to play the envenom early (and sometimes just on my hero power wep to allow me to keep up in the early game. and also use my coldlights a lot more loosely. Also for the late game (vs a war or druid with an infinate deck) i can just shadowcaster the southsea + valeera to shadowcaster the shadowcaster and go infinate... my record is a 33/3 wep with lifesteal + poisonous... You run into the problem of A) not drawing your wep - so I basically hard mill for ANY draw cards. B) Valeera stops you going infinite so you do take fatigue cause there's no way to shuffle your wep back each turn (only every 3 turns) - which is why i added the shadowcaster C) not finding a good time to play elven minstrel (they seem super situational and only playable in 50% of games) Loving it thought and about 50/50 games i win end in a massive wep or just clean milling. 61% win rate @ 45 games

If you want to know about this deck check out the *competitive hearthstone subreddit* , 1 1/2 days ago there was a very interesting post discussing different aspects of the deck. Including a python script to test different probabilies of weapon assembly in different deck compositions. (For example 1 or 2 leeching potions)

I have been playing this deck (-1 backstap +1 spellbreaker) for quite a while on ranked and it has a massive winrate against Priest decks, Quest mage (Weeeee overdraw) and Warlocks that dont play doomguards. With priests and Warlock being easily 50% of the opponents, it is definitely interesting to play. Against these slower decks basically the only way you can lose is being extremely unlucky with your Oracles However, against aggresive decks you will almost always be screwed, unless they are really unlucky with their draws.

played as evolve shaman against Kingsbane Mill rogue. It was nearly impossible for me to win. He had a 11 attack lifesteal weapon, and once i had a board, he just played Vanish. It felt like my deck could never beat his in a 100 years

If you think this is broken, you should see this deck in wild. You know how people always say the power level of decks in wild is much bigger? Well, this deck goes two steps abpve that. Last game yesterday, my opponent managed to get a 17 / 4 lifesteal kingsbane... at around turn 12 or so. Needless to say, it was not the most fun game of my life. =(

What if you just run Zola the Gorgon instead of Cheat Death? You can choose better what you get back, especially if the opponent knows not kill the oracle.

Any player worth his salt knows to kill that oracle lol. Cheat Death is better because then you can just leave your oracle on board. If your opponent kills it - great! If they don't you get to Zola or shadowstep it back the turn after! You could try running both in the deck.

I think it's okay since I've noticed this kind of deck wastes so much mana crsytal because it is unnecessary to empty it so yeahh.

Ranger Bulkute You dont need vancleef really. Kingsbane and Valera are the only important legies to make this work. So id reccomend another bladefury, or a taunt, cause agro is common rn

Solrex the Sun King Yea, inconsistent as hell and many bad matchups. I made a deathrattle rogue with kingsbane (wild) and it is good against slower decks but can still keep up with aggro. Also kingsbane is not the only win condition so you can win even when you dont draw it at all.

He could avoid it with Valeera, that’s why she’s in the deck (Let’s assume u played valeera T9 or T10)So you’re valeera and you just Kinsbane hit something then Kinsbane with the Valeera’s passive and you’re fine, you’ve 2 kingsbane in the deck and then you’ve just to play one, hit, next turn you hit again then swap kingsbane :) Btw you’ve to only have 2 kinsbanes (1 buffed and a valeera one which is 1/3 without buffs) to be able to hit with the buffed one each turn and here you go

I had DK up, 2 squidfaces on the board, I just sonya sonya (from shadow reflection), trade them in, get 4 squidfaces because of doudble sonya, and the opponent could only clear with defile, so I got my hand filled with squidfaces, in the end I got the dagger up to 25/3.

cuz, once u reach high amount for attack, venom is useless. and u have 1 spot for a much better card. Venom doesn't combine with flurry, and if u use it a turn 3 is a lost turn, and if u use at late u should already have a good attack with kingsbane.

How could he possibly have lost? Could have killed him 5 turns earlier if he just went face. He had an 18 hp advantage every turn (9 dmg + 9 healing) + fatigue, and he had evasion. Video was slow and cringy to watch

Thijs was executing a soft-lock. Opponent was one with fatigue clock. As long as you guard against something that COULD flip the table, he wins. Going face gives opportunity the potential to get an extra turn in where he could, even if low odds, turn it around.

Not a good idea. If your opponent overdraws, the spell "candle" won't be activated...

its really unnecessary for the deck. it takes up a spot and is 4 mana for nothing for a while. it doesnt really fit because mill rogue has a hard time fitting all the tools and combo pieces in so it doesnt really need the darkness as a slow alternate win condition since you need to be constantly answering your opponents threats, which a 4 mana dormant minion wont do
