I tried Red Robin once and never again. My food was horrible, the onion rings were soft, the burger was really dry with hardly any topping, the fries were limp and I ordered a shake because everyone said they had incredible shakes. I told them no whipped cream so they only filled the glass 3/4s of the way with shake and they still charged me a huge price. It didn't taste like anything special. For me it was a total rip off. When I complained they didn't even apologize, they kind of acted like I was making it up and they were not going to do anything about it.

Red Robin is hit or miss for sure. Yet they do have some bangers there for what you pay. Lets be honest. You can go to a fast food spot and pay the same price that you will pay at Red Robin. Its a win to me.

Its unfortunate because i loved working there but over the years it became less about employee and guest relations. They're changing what made red Robin special, they won't be around much longer
