Good match, but really sad Lasker was old. People think Capa would’ve won if they met around 1912, but even today Royal Chess posted Janowski-Capablanca 1913, and Janowski made Capa look like a patzer. I don’t think 1912 would take 1912 Lasker, same as how 1927 Capa got beat by Alekhine.

Capa lost due to his own laziness. Some chess players retained much of their finesse even after their respective primes. And even as an old man, Lasker was still kicking ass and if I remember correctly, placed top 10 in a major tournament?
