If I’m not mistaken, Media and games is an Italian Owned Company Headquarters are in Malta and also have Headquarters throught EU and North America

Ah, interesting. I would assume that the KI office here in the US will just become another MGI branch office.

@@WizardToby yeah Kingsieles is in USA as for Media and Games it’s in Malta as stated in the bottom of their site which to me was surprising to I just hope that this purchase is in the right direction 👏🏽💙

@@WizardToby Kingsisle itself will remain as a business it is just now under a parent company which is MGI. KI's offices will still be KI they will just be under new management aka having a new boss rather than being their own boss. This is how a business acquisition works. Enjoyed the video!
