It is a very impressive development site for sure and I have gone past many times. But in the interests of full disclosure, it would have been good to add, as a kind of footnote, that construction has stalled due to legal wrangles over land deeds. Additionally, it would be advisable for the developer to issue a public statement on the current state of the project - whether it is still in hiatus or on-going - and the projected completion date. In the absence of that, this, in my opinion, is a definite case of caveat emptor.

This is the kind of development that we should be having & not just building for the sake of building. A suburb need to be planned well. I like it that there’re no open drainages which are dangerous to motorists & pedestrians in case of an accident. The place is also clean & the nature strips are wider. Lovely video.
