Absolutely. His movies are uniquely his, just like Sam Raimi's movies. I sense that James Gunn was trying for a similar tone in Guardians of the Galaxy but not as bemusing or intelligent as Matthew Vaughn's touch (something about the British gentry upbringing I bet). Both Raimi and Gunn have the American wild wild west flare that are more macho and pack-ish. The brits are more lone wolf-ish or paired up (Bond and Sherlock for example). American loners tend to be sullen and tense (Jason Bourne).

They overused Sir Elton John in the plot and his scenes were cringeworthy and out if context with the Kingsman vibe. Hated the Sir Elton John parts - awful. I believe the director and the writer Jane Goldman were pandering to his Ego or something. Rest assured when they promote this movie in future they will mention Pedro Pascal - he's bigger than Taron Egerton right now.

Totally out of context with the cool vibe of the original movie. Think: Church Fight, Think: Pub Fight. The Sir Elton John parts were cringeworthy. I do believe the director Matthew Vaughan (or the writer Jane Goldman) were pandering to Sir Elton Johns ego and the potentially great franchise suffered. The other great co-stars Bridges, Berry, Tatum were underused apart from Pedro Pascal.

"My Way," written for Sinatra by Paul Anka. Sinatra thought the song was a little too rough. "I ate it up, and spit it out" sounded a little too over-the-top to him. Tina Sinatra says the her father came to hate the song. "He didn't like it. That song stuck and he couldn't get it off his shoe. He always thought that song was self-serving and self-indulgent. The tune is from a French hit, "Comme d-habitude," originally recorded in 1967 by Claude Francois. Anka's English lyrics have nothing to do with the original. Before Anka did his lyrics, an English music publisher asked one of their unknown singer-songwriters to write English lyrics. He wrote "Even a Fool Learns to Love" and his publisher rejected the song and it was never recorded. The songwriter? David Bowie. I just watched the movie, it was so awesome! Loved all the action sequences since the camera moves with the action, not like in movies like Jason Bourne where the camera just shakes, you are able to tell exactly what's happening.

I am more of a Vin Diesel fan so I watch more of his movies more than anyone in Hollywood. Of course, I am not telling you to be like me but if you are me, I would watch it because you dont have to be in a cinema. You dont have to spend for your tickets. You don't have to line up. You don't have to ride a taxi or car. It is much easier and you can watch over and over again. Well, that's just me saying that watching it online is better. Clearly you didn't understand the point of Arthur in the first movie when he's dying he drops his posh speaking voice and is revealed to be a cockney who was hiding his true lineage and history behind a wall of riches and unearned respect it's a warning for Eggsy to be himself and respect where he comes from or risk becoming like Arthur a stuck up snob who only cares about his own hide as opposed to the people he's supposed to protect
