Actually, after the incident of Longbow used STR as its main stat, most people said Rogue Dagger's Main Stats were DEX instead of STR... Is this very obviously reversed?

I have just switched to rogue. Double strafe CD also gets reduced by 1 second whenever you hit a critical strike. For example, my double strafe has a 40-second cooldown but I can cast it again after 14 seconds if I can do continuous crit damage with only 400% total ASPD while farming. So you'd rather need high attack speed + high crit to have lower CD for the skills. I haven't tested other skills yet because I am only a low level in DD server. So triangle shot and double strafe so far is certain to get reduced CD when you do critical hits. If you've already tested other skills, please share.

also, depending on the situation. when your vulture's eye gets buffed/nerfed if there are monsters nearby or not. For me, it's now harder to use hunters because you need to be constantly away from mobs while mvp hunting or tanks while on pvp. I find myself running away more often than dealing damage.

The rogue doesn't have that +30%/-30% vulture's eye damage So if the situation is quite controlled, you'll deal higher damage with hunters. if not(which is often chaotic in pvp and mvp hunts) the rogue is more versatile. the poison bottles are also cheaper compared to elemntal arrows when afk farming overnight

You need the paint brush item that you can buy at the sundries NPC. The skill copied is random from the job class that you try to copy.
