I have been mainly playing Eve for a while, and I'm still not sure if electrocute or dark harvest is better. Can anyone let me know?

Dark harvest if you are gonna camp bot otherwise electrocute is better imo.

Dark Harvest isn´t that great with eve because of 2 reasons. Firs basically it only does a lot of damage late in the game, and by that point Eve should already be strong. Second, what makes evelynn oneshot people is her insane AP scaling in her E and Ult. Basically you want expensive items that give a ton of AP, fast, so you get better value with Electrocute, since it helps you pick the first few kills when you don´t have that much AP. First Strike is also good on her because it gives you a ton of gold through the game, though I find Eve a little bit awkward without all the extra damage.

Also Dark Harvest and Eve R don´t really interact well with eachother. R executes enemies below 30% of HP and Dark harvest procs at 50%. So that means that for the enemies that you are killing with ult, you are only interested in taking that first 70% of hp. That means that by the time Dark Harvest procs, it´s likely useless since you are going to execute them anyways with your ult.

always electrocute. the only other viable option is first strike. DH only outdamages electrocute after 30+ stacks (which is unrealistic) and your job as Eve is to kill a single target asap so youll need all the burst you have.

Dark harvest u mean lol? Dark souls is a video game. Dark harvest is more for scaling and hard to snowball. Also, harder to stack up stacks on mej without early electrocute dmg Rocket belt makes it easier to land your charm, but if you're not having trouble landing it, guess you could go night harv, I think the mobility is way more useful for engage/disengage imo..

If actives are too hard to get into muscle memory and you just can't get used to them no matter what you do (that was me for a few weeks), go NH. It's not terribly inefficient and you can _still_ carry with it, but you really don't get the most out of Eve without RB because it's a dash, and there absolutely will be times where lacking a gap closer will lose you kills (and also get you killed). I extensively tested a full build Eve with NH and Rocketbelt, using the exact same combo (including RB dash) on dummies at varying resistances (from 30 to 60), and the damage of a burst combo for both items is like 3800 something, with only a few damage points of difference despite what everyone else has said about RB having higher damage. Actually, in my tests, night harvester consistently did about 5 points more damage... so really the difference in damage output is null. It's worth mentioning that Eve struggles a lot with post-burst sticking. Rocket belt can really keep you on top of targets to get a second series of Qs out to finish them off, or close the gap on escapes or flashes, and the strength of that advantage should not be understated. For Dark Harvest, the reason that DH is inefficient for Eve is because Electrocute has natural synergy with her kit, since she has a max health "execute" with her ult--this means alpha damage is extremely important on her. Getting a strong Dark Harvest trigger late game doesn't matter much to Eve because, in addition to her regular damage, it'll oftentimes push them lower than the execute threshold, which is wasted damage if you R to secure (which is often the case since you want to kill and get out as quickly as possible with Eve). Electrocute is also considerably stronger throughout the early-mid game, which allows Eve to do what she does best (stack Mejais and roll the game).

its both. you cant share the buff if you completed the jungle item and didnt hit lvl 11

@@RailyOtter you can share the buff the instant you complete the jungle item. If you get both drag and herald, you complete your pet at lvl 10 and can share buffs. It is not tied to your lvl.
