Issue with BC on trundle is that if you hit your target before you ult you get less armor from your ult. It's good if you ult your target immediately.

While there is a lot of %hp tools nowadays, I think the big reason for no warmogs is that all the tank items give like 400-500 HP on top of their other stats and passives. Warmogs needs to give like 1k HP or have some new bullshit passive added
