Good video. Terrible health advice. If you have a standing desk, you should use it to help mitigate the effects of sedentary sitting. Standing also burns 60% more calories than sitting. You should also aim for ~8000-10000 steps per day which equates to 4-5 miles

You get so offended with the "coaching". Yesterday in aram some idiot complaint after I said "5v5" (because they went 2v5 several times) and their argument to go 2v5 was "you are 8/10 with fizz". If you can get to level 6 without dying too much it's pretty solid if your good with ivern mechanics, I personally like taking smite on ivern support so when I'm warding/roaming i can take enemy camps and make sure be at bot scuttle at 3:30 so you can take it, most junglets can't take it faster than you if you sit in bush and charm smite it to get bot scuttle instantly but that's just me
