[KiniNews] Umno president Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said there is no need for Pakatan Harapan to apologise to Umno.
The Umno president also told his party leaders and members to stop disturbing component parties of the coalition government.
Zahid said this in response to the call by Johor BN deputy chief Nur Jazlan Mohamed for Harapan to apologise to Umno for the decades of allegations that had shaped a negative perception of the party among voters.
Meanwhile, in a separate story, Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim has criticised Johor’s decision to revert to Saturday and Sunday as its official weekend days.
Hassan pointed out that moving away from the practice of Friday and Saturday weekends would mean abandoning the historical and cultural values behind it.
