Mr. Liebert songs, are almost as if he's telling a story. Very good story teller as well.

I love how he tries to remain very polite when talking about modern pop music, but you can tell that he has a veiled disdain for modern pop music. Everything about this interview reveals that Liebert doesn't believe that mainstream MTV style music has much substantively going for it and the musicians that get famous nowadays lack the discipline that he speaks of. If anyone deserves to be critical of mainstream music it is Ottmar Liebert. He is the embodiment of virtuosity.
