Thank you for yet another thorough demonstration, 'Leesh! 💚👑🥂 I wore my OG Gemini palette the other day and it really doesn't perform the same anymore so I was thinking about replacing it. I think I'll wait for a sale and splurge cuz I've panned about half of Leo. I definitely want the sequel but wouldn't use it, since I don't like wearing reds. No more buying half a palette in 2022 for me 🤷🏾‍♂️🤡

Beautiful looks Alicia!! I got both palettes, and I only wish they would have put 3 shimmer shades in the gemini 2 palette instead of only 2. A light, bright sparkly pink would have made the Palette amazing, to replace one of those redundant light rose shades on the left side of the palette.

I don't have the orig Gemini I, but Glitter Fallout does and she got the new one to compare to in a vid bc the orig one is her fav Melt palette. She said the new Gemini I is improved overall, but esp w the shimmers which were not so great in the first release.

I wouldn’t say I’m done with Melt. Amor y mariposa eye shadow and blush are AWESOME and j got them on a good deal when they launched. I want these two as well but maybe later in the year. Thanks for the looks Alicia!

Love that you dedicated a video to these lovely, grungy, rosy-green eyeshadow palettes!! I love using the various rose shades on top of the lid with the dark green on the bottom or lower lash line. I just received Gemini II so can’t wait to use it now! From my understanding, Melt re-released the original Gemini palette now because they had made improvements to it-so you’re not going crazy, lol!! 🥀🥀😍😍

I just decluttered my OG Gemini palette. I bought it from Melt when it first launched based solely on the color story. I didn't know anything about the brand & had been looking for mossy, olive greens & non orange browns for a long time. Anyway, the palette was old, a couple pans had cracked & shrunk & the green shimmer "bloomed" all over the place. I held onto it to try & dupe with Indie singles but finally threw it out. I'm super tempted to replace it even tho I have plenty of greens in my collection now. And I definitely have every shade of peach- rose-mauve-burgundy-purple-plum -pink too but I still find myself drawn to all these pretty red-violet palettes that keep getting released lol. Right now I have all the basics I like/need & am concentrating on adding things that are unique like multichromes to my collection.

But they said melt said they didn’t change the formula… so 🤷🏼‍♀️ sounds to me like they may have modified it…

Именно на этом моменте, хочется подчеркнуть особую красоту цветовой гаммы палеток Melt. Она словно высушенные фрукты, создаёт натуральные природные оттенки, которые мы называем сегодня Grunge.) *Важно не допускать взаимодействия рефилов с водой (!) _ Сожалею, что на видео часто звучит фраза "not terrible, but..." / "Not so bad" / " i don't like this more than other paletts in this colours " 😔 это очень грустно
