KinnPorsche Episode 14 Spoilers and Episode 13 Recap!

Handcuffs: did you notice that Vegas does the same thing as Kinn? When Kinn and Porsche are chained together in the forest, Kinn could have freed them both with Porsche's knife. He didn't because he was afraid Porsche would leave him. Although they have a wonderful time together, he does not trust Porsche enough. The handcuffs stay locked, he doesn't untie them. It is the same with Vegas. Afraid of being abandoned, he chains Pete, who had stayed with him of his own free will, back up. Coercion, owning someone ( your life is mine, Kinn says to Porsche several times), locking someone up, that's what Kinn and Vegas do in their insecurity to keep someone they love and that's what the mafia environment teaches both Kinn and Vegas. how is Porsche's move into the main family home any different from being locked up in a prison? he is not allowed to talk to his brother on the phone, the brother is not allowed to know where Porsche is exactly, he is not allowed to leave the house without permission and is locked up with a TV addict like in a prison cell. So Vegas mirrors Kinn's behaviour (in a dark, predator-like way).

Nice parallel back to KP in the forest. I did not see it in that light and its an interesting thought. My feeling was that Kinn wanted to keep Porsche close and needed the physical reassurance of his presence (especially since Porsche left him in ep. 5). I did not think that Kinn was worried Porsche would leave him but now I wonder since you put that thought in my head. Vegas definitely was afraid Pete would leave if he unchained him. It makes me think if leaving the key behind was accidental in ep. 12 or not?! I vacillate on this issue in my head a lot. KP and VP both had moments of "letting their loves go" (if Vegas left the key behind deliberately). Kinn told Porsche to go in episode 6 but Porsche comes back to protect Kinn once he hears the g#n fire. Vegas left the door open for Pete to escape but Pete cannot bear to leave him sitting brokenhearted on the grass. After those moments both Kinn and Vegas can no longer bear the thought of their partners leaving them. Porsche and Pete have become their happiness. What do most of us do? We protect our happiness in a sane fashion. What do mafia leaders do? Protect their happiness by any means necessary i.e. coercion, restraints, control etc..

The fact that Kinn's father either plays chess or models with clay is symbolic. They are all chess pieces in his game, which he moves or sacrifices at will. And like God himself, who makes man out of clay, he sits there making pottery (ugly vessels) and meanwhile the archangel Michael (his personal bodyguard) guards the gate to paradise. Except that in many scenes he himself eats the apple from the tree of knowledge or offers it to Kinn. God and devil in one person. Vega's father is not so subtle. There's hardly any room for interpretation. Extroverted, boring and evil.

@@beater655 and @Deborah W i really reallyyyyy like the conversation you both had, i must say you both really good at words and insights are great everything was so well worded out and on point for me since i noticed these same thing and had same views but since I'm not good words/explaining if i have express my observations i would've made a mess. For me Kinn and Vegas are two sides of same coin. Their environment is same but what makes them a bit different is their status in that environment and their experiences. You both are right that Kinn and Vegas both had similar ways to keep their happiness close themselves but since they were raised in different ways tho their actions were similar but the intensity was a bit different. Vegas was raised in a More brutal environment Where his own father used violence in every way possible to control/use him so it affected Vegas' mindset and actions became violent/brutal as well no metter what he's chasing.. Love or power. Kinn on the other hand got everything in platter but was also raised by a manipulative father , he didn't use violence but his seemingly "fatherly Love" to channel kinn's thoughts and actions in ways he deemed beneficial for his business.

I do agree with all things you guys said about Kinn and Vegas' Characters and similarities they had in their actions, Kinn was raised with powers and had a mindset and he used to say it himself that "i get what i want" and could do anything to have what he wants. When he's attracted to Porsche he didn't let go of that drug incident opportunity(fear of someone else having him) and when he realised his feelings he used those handcuffs opportunity to have Porsche for himself all over Again(fear and uncertainty that he'd leave Kinn). Tho Kinn and Vegas both had similar personalities and actions but one was comparitively sane and the was psycho and brutal coz of his life experience but To Me what makes them More similar to each other was Their FEARS. Kinn and Vegas both had More fears, uncertainties and insecurities thn any Character of KPTS it's shown in such subtle way that initially we just see their rude, controlling and violent behaviours Until you get too far in the story(Novel) or they show them themselves when triggered bad. Honestly i disliked these guys alot during this story but when i noticed the reasons behind their actions i found myself sympathizing them but this how their Characters were crafted both bad guys of Mafia world two sides of same coin but with some different actions and their intensity. Just learn how forgive accept and Love them along the way .

I cried so much during this episode: 1. When Vegas begged Pete not to leave him 2. When Pete said sorry to Vegas. 3. Pete in the bathtub (not quite the bathtub scene I was looking forward to!) 4. When Jeff looked at the polaroids 5. When Vegas had prepared 2 sets of rice, hoping Pete would return. 6. When Vegas and Pete were outside the bar Such a roller coaster of an episode. Lingering questions: 1. Vegas had a lighter in one hand but the next shot when he had his hands up, the lighter disappeared! 2. Isn’t it OBVIOUS that Pete was tortured? Why did no one except Porsche question where he went? 3. What was Vegas actual request? I get the feeling from Porsche’s response that Vegas asked something else but all Porsche could do was bring Pete to Yok’s. 4. Why do they always leave important information out? When Daddy Korn’s bodyguard reported Porsche had run off, why did he not say Porsche ran off with Vegas? 5. Who cleans the swimming pool afterwards? Funny moments: 1. Tankhun ❤️ 2. Tankhun ❤️ 3. Tankhun ❤️ 4. Arm and Job running so far away when they thought Pete was a ghost. What kind of bodyguards are they? 🤣🤣🤣 5. Porsche leaping onto Kinn. I am predicting: 1. Jeff and Porchay will have a side story. They better give them one! So much happened as we can see in the Polaroids! 2. 4-way shootout between Vegas, Pete, Porsche and Kinn at the end. Cliffhanger ending with a blank screen and a gunshot. 3. Us having withdrawal symptoms for next 2 months and comparing all other BLs to KP 🤣

Q&A 1) I thought it was just me but I also wondered where the lighter went. Did he just drop it? Also, did Vegas not disarm Pete or did Pete have a second gun? 2) I think everyone overlooked how bad Pete was injured because only Porsche saw him with his shirt off in the tub. Why was there no water in this tub? 3) Vegas asked Porsche to help him either get a message to Pete or ask for Pete's forgiveness. In the book, Vegas asks for Porsche's help in blocking Pete from getting a girlfriend. Pete comes back hell bent on getting married. 4) Good point. I missed that fact. 5) The pool or garden staff. lol

You are so right. All the scenes you mentioned got under my skin too. (Except for Kim and Che. I don't really know what a person like Kim should find in the childlike Che, who always spreads the feeling of sex with minors. It can never be an equal partnership. And just finding someone cute and having to pat them on the head all the time doesn't mean you take them seriously). 3.) EXACTLY! Why didn't they just use that great teaser bathtub scene in the series? I could watch that 10 times in a row. Such a waste! That super dangerous-erotic, intense, dark, toxic, yet loving scene would have been INCREDIBLE to fit into episode 12 or 13. It could have been cut into the Porsche-Pete bathtub scene, as a contrast.

You have the best interpretation of Kinn Porsche bc really, the plot doesn’t make sense except to knit together hot bl vignettes. If there had been more build up to make it more passionate, rather than just being gratuitous. And Vegas/Pete - tears and more tears. There are so many emotional levels with them. The pool is the same pool from Not Me episode 4 when White meets Todd. It’s kismet that I watch Not Me this weekend when KinnPorsche finally showed the pool scene. They can make 3 seasons with one about VegasPete and another about KimChay. Also, the pool scene was perfectly put in place because after such a sweet gesture of the cemetery, Kinn is worshiping Porche at the pool while having sex. It’s perfectly romantic that when we finally see them having penetrating sex it is romantic and not violent or overtly erotic since both Apo and Mile said the sex they show is always about love. It’s completely different than VegasPete’s relationship. I read today Build has been suspended from touring with KinnPorsche.

Again great recap! I actually thought the pool scene was well placed. For me it was more about the true expression of love between the two. VP such a rollercoaster of emotions. I would love to see more of Kim and Chay’s story but I think a lot had to do with Barcode’s age during filming as he was under 18 during filming. If we get a season 2 of KP that would be fantastic and will anxiously await your season 2 of recaps and spoilers as well!

Kim and chay , in my knowledge, are the most sane couple of this series. In Novel they Never really had this separation phase, at least it's not shown in book 1, Chay was reluctant to adjust when he got to know Kim was a Mafia heir but soon he moved on and with time he got to know how smart and knowledged Kim was about their whole business and CLAN. They had little lovers arguments but nothing serious tho when Kinn and Porsche got into issues they too had to suffer and obviously chay moved out with his brother but that sister thing affected both couples the same way still after the reveal they had a happy ending in book 1.

A few details that you people may have miss Tawan offer Vegas to runaway with him. Durning the Warehouse saga, an other one during the scene with Uncle. Vegas was ready to shoot but took his finger off the trigger when saw it Pete running behind Kinn. Also Vegas did a final glance on his rear mirror at his boyfriend. Kant slap Vegas in trying hurt Porsche. He told him keep eye on Porsche. Maybe he thinks Porsche is his son?.

Other people have touched on this, but I want to say it very directly. The cause for disappointment is always the same--something doesn't meet our expectations. We all expected to see hot sex in the pool scene, and it didn't play that way. If you watch it as a love scene, it's gorgeous. The actors were very clear in interview that the mutual masturbation scene at the end of episode 7 was NOT a sex scene, it was a love scene. There are plenty of sex scenes in the series, but they wanted everyone to understand that that wasn't one of them. I don't think the pool scene was either. If you watch it again from this POV, you'll see that it was incredibly romantic and never hurried. It started with each of them saying "I love you." And as always, when the intimacy seemed to be over, they capped it off with a tight embrace. Superbowl of romance, IMO. The entire scene illustrated the difference between sex and lovemaking.

Loved the recap and the spoilers, thank you 💜 My comments: (1) I am 1000000% a Vegas-Pete fan, even though I had reservations about the toxicity of it in the beginning. The emotional intensity and the character development and the acting has made this coupling one of my top 3 favourites in the BL world. I would love it if this season actually leaves us with a cliffhanger and resumes a season 2 focusing on Vegas-Pete, but at the same time, I wouldn’t want the quality to suffer. This has been one of the best BL series ever, in my view - the humour, the characters, the writing, the subject matter - so refreshing. (2) I also agree - the pool scene was lovely and tender (btw, props to the music director on this show, the soundtrack and background music has been so so perfect) but I would have liked it to come after something intense. Maybe they thought Vegas-Pete was intense enough and KP needed to balance things? 😂😂😂 (3) I would love to hear your views on To My Star (like you, I think Seo Jun is the best boyfriend ever 😍)

I love it when you start the video with a deep bassy voice but the child like cooing returns in the later part of the video. About this episode, Kinn' is doing his cousin, Kim almost did his cousin, Pete did and want to do his captor, what the literal f is going on? Incest alert, Daddy Mafia knew both boys are blood related yet he approved their relationship Infront of the bodyguard squad. Oh thank God they're not brothers 🤣 Also why do Vegas and Porsche understand each other so well? Like they don't even need to talk their plan out they just look in each others eyes and run. Also they have killed a bunch of characters by now, no one mourns anyone anymore except for the only sane voice in the series, Tankhun. Dammit, the bit with Porsche aiming a gun at Korn's head wasn't in my view of the episode. Wow. Game changer. I'm not sure that one episode can cover all the material unless it's 2+ hours. That, or we get a cliffhanger and a season 2. Let's all join hands and have a prayer circle to the gods of BL that we get a season 2. I'm going to bet that season 1 ends with Vegas waking up to see Pete with him and they skip the Venice part, at least until season 2...if the prayer circle works and we get a season 2. I just read the part of the novel last night about Kim and the shadow organization. My mind is reeling. I am not sure who is running the second family. Is it Porsche or Vegas? Papa Korn is moving pieces on his chess board again. My best guess is that the cliffhanger will be Vegas in the car accident. KP will definitely reconcile. Chay & Kim is an open ending and I can't predict.

That said the scene was longer than I expected. The fact that we’re coming to an end saddens me. But once Vegas and Pete never failed me and surely it came with surprises. When Pete had that knife to his neck, that for me was his breaking point and he had enough. Vegas in pure desperation wanting things to change for both of them. When they hugged outside Yok’s bar that confirmed their mutual feelings. Also that Pete had forgiven Vegas for all the wrongs. I slowly fell for this pair on screen and off. When I saw Porsche foot at the pool, I knew it was game over for us. 😂

Hi there! I wasnt surprised about Vegas getting mad once again when Pete was nosy with him. I actually expected him to run away from Petes room after they made love & not coming back for at least two days lol. & the transition to saying im sorry & begging Pete came quite fast as well. Not that im complaining, i know we have only so much time left & i love VegasPete ofc.. Finding out Porsches mum is familys adopted sister got me by surprise A BIT, however, the brothers ( especially Karn ) having a crush on her.. well.. NOT AT ALL. Like not even a tinniest little bit. Actually at first i suspected ( from the beginning, like from a really long time ago ) that Vegas & Porsche might be brothers since they seemed to be getting along so well from the very start, & i liked they even noticed themselves ( & bc of a bunch of other things i noticed & thought - back then - supported this theory of mine ) Whatever the case, i agree they have their own chemistry & im kinda sad that they are not brothers ( unless they make a change on the show ) cuz u know, the show is called KINNPorsche, so I´d actually pretty liked them to end up being bros, cuz thats the most we could get , lets be honest. & it would be nice for Vegas´ healing that he could actually love Porsche & it´d be nothing wrong with that..hmmm... just thinking... This episode was a roller coaster. I was not prepared. I mean I thought I was but I was proven wrong. Every time I watch an episode I see things that I missed previously because I was too busy reading subtitles or staring at the pretty colors. As much as I was impressed by this episode, I was also disappointed in two scenes. The first one is how Vegas reverted back to treating Pete as a punching bag to vent his hurt feelings. I thought Vegas had achieved some character development. This is the first time that I am saying this but I think the book handled this better. Vegas keeps Pete chained mostly because he is afraid that Pete will leave him and he is unsure of if Pete returns his feelings. Once Pete expresses how deeply hopeless he feels and begins hurting himself (bashing chained arm into the wall), Vegas releases him from the chain and begs him not to hurt himself. Pete then bashes Vegas in the head and escapes. In the drama, Pete bashes Vegas in the head and releases himself by taking the key out of Vegas' pocket once he is unconscious. This makes such a difference to me for some reason. The second scene is the pool scene. Don't get me wrong, it was beautifully filmed and the lighting was to die for. Our channel OP had it right when she said the scene lacked passion. The chemistry was off somehow. I wonder if it was related to the background music again muting out other sounds. The mechanics of it were off specifically the angles unless Kinn's "g*n" was exceptionally long. Also, pool water is not sufficient moisturizer thus the scene felt unrealistic. Poor Pete. I mean really poor Pete. He manages to get back to the first family mansion and crashes his own funeral. He is then suspected of being a zombie and then is group hugged which causes him intense pain. His whip marks have not fully healed so being hugged would be uncomfortable to say the least. He then can't eat a bowl of simple ramen without having an existential crisis. Also, Pete protects his captor by not telling Porsche who tortured him. Either from embarrassment or confused love or both. Porsche loves and trust Kinn but he cannot trust Papa Korn. Korn has a huge influence over his son, Kinn, and he cannot pit Kinn against his father until he is sure of what happened with the death of his parents. It is a truly difficult decision and one I agree with based on my understanding of the character's motivations/relationships. Also, I believe Kinn knows something is wrong with Porsche but he is giving him time and not pushing him to tell. This is so hard to do in actuality. My ep. 14 spoiler (my theory only) is that Kim will walk in on Porsche pointing a gun at Korn's head. Remember Kim was called to see Korn so this makes sense. Things will go downhill from there and that is how we will eventually get to Kinn and Porsche point guns at each other. Kinn is not going to react well to a physical threat to his father.

😂 Worst bodyguards ever! Not only did Arm and Pol run but they pushed Tankhun toward zombie Pete and Porsche jumped into Kinn's arms. Hilarious. I actually wanted the novel version as I think it would have had a massive impact on people and I wanted to see Tankhun's offerings get out of control. But this was hilarious. Tankhun yell/grieving in Arm's face was hysterical. How did anyone keep a straight face with him. Omg then the karaoke - he sang off key so well lol. I love the scene with Porsche and Pete. I felt Pete was close to losing it as he begged Porsche to just believe the lie. Although I really wanted that to be a huge bubble bath and for Pete to get a huge scrubbing. The Kim and Chay thing is just one big angsty frustration. I hate seeing Chay hard and cold. Kim fucked up. The scene in the recording studio was really good. I thought that was very emotional. I feel like so much is missing with these two, as if a whole story has unfolded and we know nothing but all the bits Kim looks at. Plus the music. I found it so difficult to watch Porsche hiding things from Kinn who knows something is up but just trusting Porsche to tell him when the time is right. They should be perfect but this huge shadow is looming. LOL about the Vegas jaw adjustment and "hot" action 😂. This might be my fav Pete and Vegas scene. I was annoyed there was a punch for Tawan - fuck him! I was also conflicted about Porsche arranging Vegas and Pete to meet. So not right. But was stoked that Porsche and Vegas teamed up. I love their relationship. Vegas really is cool and has natural swag. And of course he can help Porsche. OMG I loved the cemetery scene (I think I have said this all over youtube).Porsche being shy was adorable. Really beautiful gesture by Kinn and so well acted by both. And OMG agreed about the kissing gesture. Ovaries have exploded. Absolutely effortlessly sexy. I can't stop laughing at your wish for the pool scene. I did love the bed scene after too. And I am so with you on the PorscheVegas ghost ship! Phwoar! I did love the way Vegas said that Kinn would not know either. Very dramatic with the revelation, the memory recovery then the shooting and then the motorbike getaway with lovers trailing not having a clue. Then the piano drama! Korn really is a prick. Poor Porsche. And Porchay. Two gentle sweet innocent open and honest people sucked in to a vortex of darkness, duplicity, manipulation and infighting. Oh and murder. Again, thank god for Tankhun. Huge hugs for him. I am so scared and excited for ep 14. Not gonna watch spoilers even though I have read the novel, well most of it. Another awesome vid, girl. Porsche knew that Pete had work things out with Vegas. He was in the same position as Pete was once was remember. He knew that Pete would arm with a gun. Vegas just wanted to talk with him. Also if Pete wanted Vegas dead he just tell that Porsche and the Main family what he did to him.
