Kino you’re so right. Pile 2. I was so shocked to hear you mention something which reminds me of a quote I saw online once and it stuck with me. Something like “Good habits are born out of discipline. Not motivation. Because you need to be disciplined to continue your habits even when you’re not motivated”. And it’s changed my perspective SO much. What you’re saying is exactly what has helped me keep going and actually show up in my workplace and for myself. Another thing- im getting a message that someone may need to hear this. My brother said something to me last year that altered my brain chemistry forever. I have really bad ADHD and, a year and a half ago, I couldn’t even do basic tasks. I was laying on my bare bed and my twin brother came in and told me to put my sheets on.
