Correction, what I said in the video about the Blue Nile providing 20% of the Nile's water is wrong. The Blue Nile actually provides 60% of the Nile's water most of the year, and the Blue Nile provides up to 86% of the Nile's water during the rainy season in Ethiopia, from June to September. And thank you, guys, for correcting my mistake in the comments 😊

The Blue Nile is vital to the livelihood of Egypt: as the most significant tributary of the Nile, it contributes over 85% of the Nile's streamflow. Though shorter than the White Nile, 59% of the water that reaches Egypt originates from the Ethiopian highlands via the Blue Nile.

to all in this thread, Ethiopia is not a country of one religion. Christians and Muslims have existed in the country for a very long time, peacefully that too. it's very strange to claim that it is a country of one religion, and very divisive, similar to claiming it is for one ethnic group. there is no need to do such a thing. Ethiopia is a multi-faith, multi-ethnic country and that's it.
